1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Monzoreserve platform, applications, and financial services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not access or use our Services.

2. Description of Service

Monzoreserve provides a digital banking interface, facilitating fund transfers, account management, and financial analytics. We are a procedural financial technology company. Note that certain banking products may be provided by our partner depository institutions.

3. User Obligations and KYC

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are subject to our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification processes. Failure to comply may result in immediate account suspension.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and AES-256 encryption keys (if applicable). Monzoreserve will never ask for your password via email or phone. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to our fraud team immediately.

5. Transaction Finality

Due to the lightning-fast nature of our procedural architecture, confirmed transactions and transfers are generally irreversible. You are responsible for verifying recipient details before initiating any transfer.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or represents a security or fraud risk.
